    Easy High-Protein Vegan Recipes

    If you are worried about eating enough protein while being on a plant-based diet, then this section will give you plenty of delicious breakfast, dinner or dessert ideas to try!

    Our favorite protein-packed vegan recipes include this high-protein avocado toast made with edamame for breakfast or this tempeh spring rolls for the summertime. And for a quick dinner made under 30 minutes, make sure to try this silken tofu pasta sauce!
