    Vegan Pasta Recipes

    Here you can find lots of cozy & simple vegan pasta recipes perfect for busy weeknight dinners as well as some delicious pasta meal ideas for date nights.

    Some of my favorite fast recipes are this mushroom aglio olio and this green pasta sauce. If you have more time on the weekend or want to make something special for guests, then try this vegan manicotti or this vegan baked cauliflower mac and cheese.

    This category also includes tons of delicious Asian-style noodle dishes, such as this popular quick garlic udon noodle recipe and these Vietnamese stir-fried noodles.
