A see-through bowl filled with some blueberry peach sorbet.

Sorbet recipes are so easy to make at home and make for the perfect summer treat to enjoy on a warm day. We love making this 1-ingredient cherry sorbet for its super sweet flavor naturally and bright color, but you can use so many other fruits and create amazing personalized combos.

And now this 10-min blueberry peach sorbet recipe is another example of how delicious, easy, healthy and versatile homemade sorbets can be!

Don't get me wrong, we do love creamy frozen desserts, like this vegan cookie and cream ice cream and this blueberry coconut ice cream, but there is something so fresh and bright about fruit-based frozen treats that we just cannot get enough.

This peach blueberry sorbet recipe is made entirely vegan, dairy-free and fat-free, and can be done within minutes using a food processor! All you need are frozen fruits, a little sugar and a touch of lemon or lime juice.

Let me know if you give it a try! ❤️

    🗒 Ingredient notes (+ substitutions)

Showing are the ingredients needed to make a blueberry peach sorbet.
    • Frozen blueberries: I love wild blueberries from the brand Wyman for their super sweet flavor and bright color, but any brand will work well. You can also freeze your own fresh blueberries the day before you need this recipe.
    • Frozen peaches: any brand work. If you want to freeze your own peaches, then make sure to use super sweet and juicy fruit.
    • Sugar: I used cane sugar, although any kind of sugar works well. Maple syrup or agave nectar also is a good option and should not change the texture much.
    • Lime: to brighten up the flavor and balance the sweetness. For a stronger zesty taste, then also include some zest!

⭐️ Full list of ingredients (+ quantities) down below in the recipe card!

    📝 Variations

    • Other fruit: you can do a mix of different frozen fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
    • Fresh herbs: toss a small handful of fresh mint or fresh basil for a touch of freshness.

🍽 How to make blueberry peach sorbet recipe

Frozen fruit, sugar and lime juice in a food processor.

Step 1: Add frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, sugar and lime/lemon juice to a food processor.

Processed frozen fruit in a food processor.

Step 2: Process until smooth and creamy. Take 1-2 breaks to scrape the side and bottom to ensure there are no large pieces left unprocessed. Enjoy right away or keep in the freezer for later.

    💡 Helpful tips

    • If your frozen fruits are too hard for your food processor, then you can let them thaw for a few minutes before processing to make the blending smoother.
    • Adjust the sweetness to your taste! Depending on your fruit, you might need to add a little more or less sugar.
    • If your sorbet ends up too soft after processing, then freeze it for 30-60 minutes before enjoying!

    🍴 Serving suggestions

Serve right away for a softer consistency or freeze for 1-2 hours for a sorbet that's a little more solid.

I recommend using an ice cream scoop when serving for a beautiful presentation. You can also garnish with:

    • Lime zest or lemon zest
    • Fresh herbs, such as mint or basil
    • Shredded coconut for extra flavor and a nice color contrast
    • More fresh fruits such as pomegranate seeds or berries

    ❗️ Storage tips

Keep the leftover sorbet in a glass storage container for up to 1 month. When ready to serve, take the sorbet out and let it stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or until scoopable.

    ❓ FAQs

Can I make blueberry peach sorbet using fresh fruits?

You can, although you will need to plan ahead and freeze the fruit the night before making this recipe so they are completely frozen before processing.

Can I make this sorbet recipe using a blender?

Yes, you can, especially if you have a high-speed blender. In that case, you will need to take a few extra breaks to scrape the walls and bottom of your blender and bring the mixture back towards the blade. This will make sure everything is incorporated in the sorbet.

How can I make blueberry peach sorbet sugar-free?

You can simply omit the sugar altogether. Just like in this sugar-free cherry sorbet, you can make it using only frozen fruit!
