Notes
Type of coffee: Freshly prepared espresso coffee is best for making a latte, but if you don't have an espresso machine, then don't let this stop you! You can also use ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee using a regular coffee machine and the result will still be amazing.
Frothing the milk: Warming up the milk before frothing helps make your drink super creamy and thicker. I like using my small handheld frother (you can find one for under 10$ online), but if you don't have one, then you could blend the warm milk with brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until thicker, creamy and frothy. This works especially well if you have a high-speed blender. Check out my vanilla matcha latte to see how I do that.
Adjust flavors: you can easily use more or less brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Make sure to taste as you go!
