Instructions
To a blender, add the cucumber, plant-based milk, dairy-free yogurt, lime juice, frozen mango and mint leaves.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste to adjust flavor and consistency, then pour in a tall glass. Garnish if you wish and enjoy right away with a straw.
