This easy apple cider vinegar mocktail is one of our favorite non-alcoholic drinks for grown-ups! Made within 5 minutes using freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh mint, lemon juice, bubbly water and a touch of apple cider vinegar that adds a nice kick. And there is a bonus: it is loaded with vitamin C and health benefits from the fermented apple cider vinegar. Such a delicious and healthy drink you can feel good about!
½large Navel orange (or one small whole orange)juiced, plus extra slices for serving
1tbsplemon juiceor more to taste
2tspapple cider vinegar ideally organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized
1-2tspmaple syrupoptional
5-6fresh mint leavesclapped or gently bruised
1cupsparkling wateror to taste
ice cubesto serve
Instructions
Juice the ½ orange and pour the juice into your serving glass. Also, juice about ½ of a lemon and measure 1 tablespoon, then pour into your serving glass.
Add the maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Then clap or gently bruise the mint, add into your glass and stir.
Fill up your glass with plenty of ice cubes, then top it off with sparkling water. Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking. Enjoy!

Adjust sweetness to your taste, which will also depend on how sweet your orange is.
For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric powder.
