This easy high-protein peanut butter coffee is SO dreamy creamy and made within 5 minutes! All you need is a blender, a cup of brewed coffee, your favorite peanut butter, sweetener, plant milk and a little touch of vanilla extract. 100% vegan, dairy-free and naturally gluten-free.

Instructions
Start by brewing your coffee.
Meanwhile, heat up the milk on the stove or using the microwave until steamy hot.
Then, pour the hot milk in a blender and add the hot coffee, peanut butter, sweetener and vanilla extract.
Blend on high until smooth and frothy, then pour in a mug or glass.
I like to dust with cacao powder when serving, but you can also garnish with coconut whipped cream, vegan chocolate syrup, tahini caramel or chocolate chips. Enjoy!

This drink is better enjoyed right away, but you can also keep it in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
To make an iced peanut butter coffee: brew the coffee and then add to a blender. Also add the cold milk, peanut butter, sweetener and vanilla extract (if using). Blend on high until smooth and frothy and then pour over iced cubes in your serving glass.
To make it without a blender: you can also whisk and warm up all the ingredients in a sauce pan, and whisk vigorously/froth to create a smooth texture (using a blender will make a more frothy coffee easier). An electric hand held frother can also help combine and froth the peanut butter coffee.
