This blueberry mojito mocktail is ultra easy to prepare and so delicious! Feels like summer in a glass and makes for the most amazing refreshing drink to sip on during a hot day. Includes blueberries, fresh mint, lime juice, sweetener and sparkling water, plus it is ready within 5 minutes!
15fresh blueberriesor frozen blueberries (see notes), plus more for serving
7-10mint leavesplus more for serving
1tbspsweetener of your choiceI used maple syrup, but you can use granulated sugar or cane sugar
½limejuiced
club soda or sparkling waterenough to fill your glass, about 1 cup
ice cubesto serve
Instructions
To the bottom of your serving glass, add the blueberries, mint leaves, sweetener and lime juice. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to muddle and crush the ingredients together.
Then, top it off with some ice cubes, more fresh blueberries (if you want) and pour some sparkling water over. Decorate with more berries, slices of lime and mint leaves. Stir and enjoy right away.

Feel free to include other berries or fruits if you want, such as strawberries, mangoes, blackberries, peaches, etc.
You can also make it using frozen blueberries: add them to the bottom of your glass and let them thaw for a few minutes before crushing them.
You can make it sugar-free: simply do not add any maple syrup or sugar, the natural sugar from the fruits might be enough to sweeten your drink!
You can make a pitcher if you want to serve it to a crowd. Simply make a larger batch (about 4x or 5x times the recipe) and muddle the ingredients right into your pitcher using a large wooden spoon.
