This lemon chia seed water is very refreshing, simple and feels like a healthier lemonade that all your family can enjoy. 2tbsplemon juiceabout half of a lemon (keep the other half to add slices of lemon to the water)

Instructions
Start by juicing the lemon.
In a storage glass container, combine the water, chia seeds, lemon juice and add sweetener to taste. Stir or shake well the container to break up the clumps of chia seeds.
Let the drink rest for about 10 minutes in the fridge (or more!) and then enjoy served with cucumber, mint and more slices of lemon, if desired.

Can be done ahead of time and kept in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
Swap for lime juice and add slices of strawberries, mangoes, oranges, fresh mint or basil, etc. For a nice kick, add some apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper!
