2tbsphot water
1-2scoopsplant-based vanilla ice creamI used oat milk vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl and then, add the warm water. Use a bamboo whisk to combine: follow a "W" pattern as opposed to a circular motion and keep whisking vigorously until some foam forms over the water.
Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a serving bowl, and then pour the matcha shot over. Garnish if desired (white chocolate, shredded coconut, dust of matcha, etc) and enjoy right away.

Notes
Ideally, use a water temperature of around 70-80ºC to whisk the matcha powder. Avoid using boiling water as it can make the matcha taste bitter.
You can also use warm oat milk to whisk the matcha for a creamier result.
Feel free to add some maple syrup to the matcha shot if you are looking for a sweeter result.
