This creamy mango matcha latte is refreshing, energizing and packed with nutrients, especially vitamin C and antioxidants. Makes for such a delicious drink to start the day or to enjoy during an afternoon break. So stunning and satisfying! Dairy-free and vegan recipe.
In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder and then add the ¼ cup of hot water. Use a matcha bamboo whisk (or regular whisk) to combine. You may have to whisk for 30 seconds to create a smooth and foamy mixture.
To serve, add ⅓ cup of the mango purée to the bottom of your serving glass, then add ice cubes over. Pour the milk slowly over the ice and then top it off with the matcha tea shot.

Storage: Once assembled, this drink is best enjoyed right away. That being said, I like to prepare a big batch ahead of time so I can make a few drinks during the week and use in overnight oats and oatmeal bowls.
Feel free to add vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon, boba pearls or use coconut milk.
