This stunning strawberry matcha smoothie combines frozen fruits, matcha powder (green tea) and oat milk. SO simple, but delicious, healthy and pretty. Great for breakfast or afternoon snacking and 100% vegan and dairy-free.
1tspmatcha green tea powderculinary grade works well
1frozen bananaroughly chopped or sliced
1½packed cupfrozen strawberries
Instructions
Add ¾ cup of the milk to the blender and then add the frozen banana and matcha powder. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour in a large serving glass and set aside.
Give the blender a quick rinse and then, add 1 cup of milk and the frozen strawberries. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour the strawberry mixture over the glass with the matcha smoothie and use a straw to create some swirls. Enjoy right away!

Notes
You can keep the matcha layer in the freezer for 20 -30 minutes to make it more frosty and help create the layers if you want.
