So easy and refreshing, making this strawberry kiwi water is such an amazing way to help you drink more water and stay hydrated. Great for meal-prep and naturally infused with incredible flavor without any added sugar!
To a large pitcher (about 32 ounce or more), add the strawberries, kiwi and mint (if using). Then, pour the water over and seal the pitcher. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying.

Try to enjoy it within 24-48 hours hours. After this, the fruits soften, the flavor might change and just isn’t as appetizing. I recommend making a new batch in the morning or the night before you want to enjoy it.
