Instructions
In a blender, combine the water, peeled mangos and ½ of the juiced lime. Blend on high until smooth. Taste and add more lime juice and add sweetener if desired. I'll usually use about 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, but can be omitted (will depend on how sweet the mangos are). Taste and add the second half of the lime juice is desired.
If you want a juice that's free of pulp, then strain in a fine-mesh colander. Transfer to a glass storing jar and keep in the fridge (best to chill the drink before serving).
To serve, you can first muddle some mint or fresh basil at the bottom of a glass, then add ice cubes and pour the mango aqua fresca over. Enjoy!

Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
It is important to use ripe mangos, they are sweeter and won't be as sour.
I recommend making this drink ahead as it is best served chilled.
I love using Ataulfo mangos in this recipe as they are sweeter and less fibrous, but any kind will work.
Adjust how acidic and sweet you want your drink to be by adding more or less lime juice and sweetener.
