In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. The mixture will be thick, so use your tamper if you have a high-speed blender or take a few breaks to scrape the walls of the blender.
This should give you one large slush or 2 small ones. Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon. Enjoy!

You can easily use fresh pineapple to make it, although you will have to cut it and freeze it first. It is essential to blend frozen fruit to reach a slushie texture. See blog for tips on how to freeze a pineapple.
You can swap the coconut water for pineapple juice or even lemonade. Also, if making this slush for adults, feel free to add some sparkling water for a fun fizz.
Blend long enough to reach a smooth slush consistency, but also not for too long as it can melt your slush.
If your slush melted too much while blending or if you want to cut on the sweetness, then add some ice cubes as well and blend again.
