This blueberry pineapple smoothie is delicious and is so easy to make! You can make a swirl when serving it or not, you choose, but either way this smoothie has amazing fruity flavors and is boosted with protein-rich hemp seeds to make it super filling. Great for snacking or breakfast and made 100% dairy-free.

Make the pineapple layer: To a blender, add the pineapple, banana, hemp seeds and plant milk. Blend on high until smooth, then divide in between 2 large glasses.
Quickly rinse your blender and put it back on its base.
Make the blueberry layer: Add the blueberries, banana, hemp seeds, cardamom (if using) and plant milk to the blender and blend until super smooth.
Gently divide the blueberry layer by pouring it over the pineapple one. Then, using a spoon, create a few swirls by stirring just a little. Drink immediately. Enjoy!

You can use fresh blueberries and/or fresh pineapple, but if doing so, try using a frozen banana instead. Or, add a handful of ice cubes to keep your smoothie thick and cold.
