This 5-min vegan cheese powder is one of my favorite last minute plant-based meals. Kids love it and adults too!

Requires only a few ingredients! Store the mix in the pantry until craving a quick, creamy bowl of cheesy noodles. Also makes for a great cheese sauce for nachos or tacos.

Ingredients

Combine the powder ingredients

Store in pantry until ready to use

To make a cheese sauce, measure 1/2 cup

Add in a pot with some plant-based milk

Cook until creamy and thicker
