  • Blender


  • 3 large FROZEN bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 4-5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened non dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • Few ice cubes optional


  • Combine all the ingredients together in a blender, except for the ice cubes if using. Blend until you reach a very smooth texture.
  • If you want a thicker milkshake, then add more oats. Also, if you blended for a while to get the smooth texture (which you might need to do if you don't have a high speed blender), then your milkshake might not be as cold as desired. In this case, just add few ice cubes and blend again for about 20 seconds to cool it down. Enjoy!
