Vegetarian Beef Stew

You will need simple ingredients to make it! Features tempeh, a wine-flavored thick broth and lots of veggies.

Cube the tempeh and combine the flour with coconut oil.

Cook the veggies and tempeh before adding the wine.

Add the flour/oil, stir and then all the ingredients (expect for the mushrooms).

Cook in the oven and add the mushrooms halfway through cooking.

So delicious! Great recipe for the fall or winter and amazing to serve during the holidays.
