Quick Vegan Bolognese 



Comes together so quickly and made using a few simple ingredients.

- Noodles of your choice - Marinara or tomato sauce - Extra firm tofu - Spices (paprika, chili powder, garlic and onion powder) - Soy sauce - Nutritional yeast

What you'll need:

In a large pan, simply cook the tofu with the flavoring ingredients until golden brown.

Then, add the marinara sauce, stir and cook until warmed up. I use store-bought sauce so it is quick and convenient.
