- Quick & Easy - Healthy Noodles (20-Minute Recipe)

Features kale and a simple creamy tahini-garlic sauce.

So simple, but very flavorful and satisfying. Perfect for quick lunches and easy weeknight dinners.

While the noodles are cooking in water, cook the kale with the garlic in a large pan.

Also whisk together the tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup and nutritional yeast (optional).

Once the kale is tender, add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over. Warm up everything together for about 5 minutes and done!

Everything can be done while the noodles are cooking, super quick and easy. Also makes for a healthy meal!

Serve with sesame seeds and sriracha for a nice kick. Leftovers can be eaten cold! Enjoy!
